While last year I encountered my first experience with shooting a few Formula Drift rounds, I had the amazing opportunity to shoot every round of the 2015 season of Formula Drift. Throughout the entirety of 2015, I’ve grown even more as a photographer in every way, from shooting with models to special events to drifting. There are so many ways in which I have improved, and so many ways that I can continue to improve. Read on to see a selection of my favorite photos and thoughts from all seven rounds!
The 2016 Formula Drift schedule was announced last week at SEMA, with 10 World Championship events around the globe.
This is the first year that Formula Drift will include eight rounds in the Pro Championship, with the addition of Round 5 in Montreal, Canada. This is also the first time a round of the Pro Championship will take place outside of the U.S.
The 2015 season of Formula Drift ended in Irwindale, California this past weekend with Fredric Aasbo winning first place in the event as well as both the US and World Championship! Check out our galleries below to see photos from all three days of the event!

So the smoke has cleared and the sun has set here on what was an amazing weekend of drifting action in Canada. Nearly ten thousand fans got together in blistering heat to witness Fredric Aasbo’s pure domination of the weekend.

Formula Drift Canada’s Round 3 was anything but a typical drift competition, or actually it was but it wasn’t all at the same time. Yeah, it sounds complicated, but bear with me!
We were given the amazing opportunity to drive the Formula Drift Ford Transit van to #FDTX and back! I just love these vans, and, the idea that I would get to really test drive one for 3,000 miles was very appealing to me.
